Apple is preparing to commence mass production of the highly anticipated iPhone 15 series in August, according to analyst Jeff Pu from Haitong International Tech Research. It is projected that Apple will manufacture an impressive 84 million units of the iPhone 15 by the end of 2023, representing a notable 12% increase compared to last year’s iPhone 14 production.

The upcoming iPhone 15 Pro Max is expected to debut with a higher initial price compared to its predecessor, the iPhone 14 Pro Max. While the exact pricing details for the iPhone 15 Pro Max have not been revealed, the current benchmark is set by the iPhone 14 Pro Max, priced at $1,099 in the United States and €1,449 in Europe.
Jeff Pu also suggests that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will feature exclusive enhancements not found in the iPhone 15 Pro. One anticipated upgrade is the addition of a periscope lens, which will enhance the telephoto camera capabilities and offer extended optical zoom functionality.
In terms of battery performance, Apple is said to be making significant improvements with the iPhone 15 series. Rumors indicate that the upcoming models will have battery units that are up to 18% larger than their predecessors, providing a remarkable boost in battery life.
According to an alleged insider at Foxconn, the alleged battery capacities for the iPhone 15 models have been leaked. The iPhone 15 is rumored to house a 3,877mAh battery, while the larger iPhone 15 Plus is expected to feature a 4,912mAh battery.
Stay tuned for more updates on the highly anticipated iPhone 15 series and its exciting new features.
